Thumbs down A Link to buy Contingency decals now ???

It looks like now a racer has to buy the Contingency Decals click on the Link to see this https://www.jotform.com/form/212664146442049
This is not right NHRA used to have the decals at their trailer for racers to get them is the best way to handle this

Yep I said quite a lot about this in some of my threads. This started early this year tried to get decals for the new car in Florida and was told this.
I could not believe that some Beancounter figured they could make money off decals that are meant for us. I did tell Weldon pumps what was going on and he threw a fit. Hopefully he got through to Nhra, all the manufacturers need to say something to correct this we should not have to pay for our own contingency decals !

I don't see why you can't just call the mfg and have them send you the decals. If the said company's question your purchase, you should have proof of a receipt. It has always worked in the past. Circumvent the NHRA as this is getting ridiculous.

Recently received decals I needed by emailing contact listed on contingency list. Most responded less than 2 weeks.

You can get all your decals from NHRA in one package. As many as you need. I think I paid like $20.00. Just saying and it was really easy.

Makes sense to me. The trailer never had everything I needed.

You are still free to contact each manufacturer directly. Or you can hit the one-stop shop and pay a convenience fee.

Not the point! And it’s $30 and you can’t even see what’s available until you pay the fee
Those decals were given to the Nhra to give to us! get the point…

Talk about a desperate reach on NHRA's part. Manufactures should charge NHRA for the decals but give for free to the racers. Racketeering like this make me think it wasn't so bad selling my car after all.
