Shout out to Jimmy Defrank

I want to thank Jimmy for taking the time to talk to me about
his 69 Camaro. Our Camaro has a lot in common with his combo.
Jimmy took the time to show me some things on how he sets up
his combo to run in bracket mode compare to class mode.
There nothing like getting first class info from one of the best.
He didn’t have to take the time out while getting ready for SS
class but he did and I wanted to thank him.
I don’t know if he is on this forum but a very nice racer

I met them both at Indy for the first time this year. Two really nice guys. Sr spent hours with us one night. Loved listening to him tell us about his life. Wish they lived closer. Would like to spend more time with them. Although as good of a racer Jimmy is maybe it's better if he's not in Div one. We already have enough tough racers. LOL BP

Nancy and I had a wonderful breakfast with Jim and Jimmy during our last trip to Indy. I had never enjoyed a plate of blueberry pancakes as much as I did with those friends sitting across the table.

As nice as he is....he's a fierce competitor on track. These two are great ambassadors for our sport.

The JIM’s are two of the finest people you could ever meet. Lil Jimmy told me he had worked The Street Rod Nationals in Louisville and then the following week worked the Tri Five Nationals in Bowling Green. Like GTX John said, they really go out of their way to support local stk/ss races …..California Car Covers are the absolute best …..
