Say it isn't so! Red River Closing
I was told that even after hosting a record breaking field for Pinks All Out that Red River was moving their grandstands to Rusk, Tx and closing. This supposely came from the track owners. Does anyone have any info? How does this affect the Points race in Sept.?

That's interesting......I was wondering why Rusk wasn't having a Dividional race. Maybe they will move Red Rivers race to Rusk ??

It'll be a shame to loose that one. My wife and I were talking, when we were at the Div 4 points race there last summer, about no housing developments close by to try to close it down over noise. We thought maybe it would be around a while.

Well, if it really is closing which would be a shame, could it possibly be held at No Problem Raceway? Just a thought and at least it would stay in Louisiana this year....

i know for sure the state capitol is IHRA they have a race at the end of this month i think not for sure look on state cap. web 2 b sure..... later mr.boo-boo

It won't be at State Capitol if it does get moved. They are officially an IHRA track now from what the website says! |
