I have an old set but they have the plates that bolt to the head and then the header bolts to the plates. Think these were from the old C/SM days.

I have a set of Hooker flange pattern(slightly narrower bolt spread than Jere's) Jack Davis Headers, mild-steel, coated, good shape. Equal length tube, non-step with two sets of collectors. I cannot recall tube sizes off the top of my head.
