Default Raymond King R.I.P.

Wanted to share that Raymond King passed away last Friday. Raymond was involved in the racing industry his entire life; TCI Transmissions, Fel-Pro, Federal Mogul. He also raced in Stock and Comp Eliminator.

Please contact Keehn - Griffin Funeral Home in Brighton, Michigan for arrangements.

Raymond was a great friend and co-worker that will be deeply missed.

Raymond and I both had IT/SA stock trucks he was the record holder but we reset it before 1994 Indy. Qualifying at Indy was a leapfrog affair. Q1 it was Raymond #1, Q2 it was my turn on top, Q3 it was the Dodge holding #1. Class finals we got by him by .01.
I think he won a points race before we got the National event win. He was a great competitor and good guy. Godspeed

I remember when he used to race with Clay Millican in the old IHRA days. Always very helpful to me.
RIP

I'm sorry I never met Raymond, all of the previous post assured me he was a man to know. Rest In Peace and Godspeed.

Sorry to hear about Raymond. Was a great guy. He is the gentlemen on the far right. Picture is from the funeral home site.
