Sent them a 7al3 over a month ago, ups delivered it, now I cannot get them to answer the phone to check progress, 888-258-3858.
I have been on hold for an hour and no body there. Plus there “Elevator music” Sucks. If anybody has a more direct line I’d appreciate it. Shame racers don’t have more choices when it comes to Ignition products. Sucks..... Thanks RJ |

I talked to MSD Tech today, on hold 15 min., number I called was 915-857-5200

Don't ever send anything to MSD unless you first call them and get a RMA number. If you did not get a return merchandise number than your item is in limbo.

Thanks for the phone number, I'll try again in the morning.
I got an RMA #, sent the box by UPS, 3 weeks later my local UPS buddy calls me and says the box was refused. Double check the address on the box and its the correct one "dock 14" is the repair outlet and they returned it. Sent it back out and called them and they confirmed they had it this time and now 3 weeks later nothing. Been buying their stuff with very little issue since 1980. RJ |

RJ I run the trailer at national events that MSD works off of. If you send me RMA I will check on it for you.

RJ I found out about your 7AL. Customer service should be contacting you today to tell you the cost of the repair. They have already diagnosed it and just need your approval to ship it out.Sorry you had problems getting a hold of someone their customer service department is bombarded right now.

Thanks Kip, I got a call from MSD just now, left me a message stating what you said. Number was 270-782-2900, called back and still waiting for a “human voice”. LOL

I too have an ignition box at MSD, got there on 12.21.24.
Can't get thru via customer service. Kip; Can you check on it please? STEVEN YOUNG. It is an MSD 6SC, the old ones that you could plug directly into the chrysler ECU. |

Hate to say it, but it's true, in my experience anyway. This has become the norm.
Holley, or whomever is in charge there, has screwed up any number of great companies they've gobbled up. |

Very true, unfortunately it has become the norm, I have been waiting for months on an order of QF Carburetor?s, said if I was waiting I was doing the right thing??.
I feel bad for the people that still depend on their jobs there. What a poor way to run a business or is it on purpose??? RJ |
