Dave Bishop/Competition Photos passing

Just received awful news of Dave Bishop's death last night...his longtime passion/business Competition Photos...had a trove of pretty amazing photos...but Dave was way more than that...beyond the world of motorsports...our sincerest condolences to Louise & family...God speed...prayers sent...every time I think this Covid deal isn't real...it is...address it as you see "fit"...of course...another sad day on tap

Truly sad news. Dave was my good friend for a lot of years. I have many funny stories. He will be missed. My sympathies to Tim, and the entire Bishop family.

Words can't express the sadness I felt hearing this news, RIP Dave Bishop.

Just drove through Easton a few days ago and remembered I needed to call Dave and set a date of another racers dinner. We were going to meet again at Harris's Crab House to share pictures and tall tales from our racing past with our friends again. A true drag racing historian, wonderful man and dear friend has left us, Godspeed.

You will always be missed.

Very sorry to read the sad news of Dave's passing, we met several times at Indy when him and Tim would come by for alittle bench racing. Rip Dave
