Spacers been on for 10 years. Lack of water on tires. Didn't want to do a burnout. It was chattering SO I GAVE It The BIG FOOT. Should have backed up. Continue on Monday morning Quarterbacks. No more impact gun on rear tires. Hand tighten only

I had 4 wheel studs break on my car with those same spacers in 2008. The wheel studs were also 10 years old. The wheel studs are flexing to sheer like that. Billet spacers and 5/8" screw in studs have been used ever since. Hope your car is not hurt.
