Default 1969 Chevy 427 4 bolt 512 block, 7115 crank

For sale
Very nice virgin piece, as nice and original of a 427 block as I have seen in 20 years. This block is the perfect starting point of any L-88 Corvette, COPO or Yenko restoration. Casting date is B 9 9. The block has been baked, blasted and magnafluxed. There are no cracks. This block is standard bore. We stripped this bare block, it had original 1969 standard bearings. This block should be bored, would probably clean at +.020 or +.030, has never been ridge reamed, it has no sleeves and doesn't need any, has never been decked and doesn't need to be, no spun bearings, caps nice and tight, threads all good, just a great piece.
This block will be available at best offer until next Tuesday, when it will go on E-bay unless someone from here wants it.
Buy it now for $2,500.00 for bare block. Also, 7115 427 crank, which is .010/.010 from another engine, is available for $500.00. It magnafluxed good and needs turned to next size-no spun bearings. Also, I have a set of standard passenger car 3/8 rods with 427 small dome standard bore forged pistons that came out of the above block for $200.00. However, if dimple rods are your preference, I have a nice set of 3/8 dimples for $350.00 or 7/16 dimples for $400.00. Finally, I have a friend that says that he has a pair of closely dated to match above block 840 casting rectangular port heads for an additional $1,500.00 that are cleaned and magnafluxed. He also has a 163 Winters intake for $350.00
To clear up some sure to be asked questions:

1. This engine was out of a boat
2. The Vin pad is stamped, however, it doesn't match any passenger car codes
3. The original crank in it was a 6223, which I already sold
4. The heads were oval port 148 castings, which are already gone
5. Yes, it was all original, never taken apart, very strange combo

Any other questions, please email, PM, or call Jeff at work phone (330) 456-3045, M-F 8-5 EST, please leave message if I don't answer.
