This will be my first year racing a Nhra divisionals in stock. I know I won't have enough points to go to indy this year but is it hard to get into other nationals? Was wondering if I could make the Chicago national or maybe some other ones up here in the D3 area.

Depending on how many points you get or have Joliet is possible. Think it requires some fair amount because the Jeg's Allstars are held that weekend which means a bunch of extra cars on the grounds.

I imagine the norwalk national is hard to get into. Everyone loves that place.

With the quota of 180 and so many withdrawing when they see there's slim chance of qualifying Indy is actually easier than Norwalk or Joliet.

Yeah but I'm guessing I won't be able to qualify to make the show. .8 under is tough. Unless you find the crazy under factored combo. This will definitely be a learning year. Learning a new car. Learning the way Nhra does things and so on.
