Default Front Springs on GT style car

Looking for some comparisions...I have a Pontiac Grand Am, super stock style car..
I believe its a FJ Smith or similar front conversion, with an unknown brand strut on it...
Right now its got 200# springs on it and its so stiff its got no travel at rest, you literally can stand on the front end and jump up and down and it doesnt move..
So just looking to see what rate others are using..
Small block car, aluminum head, glide...

thanks
