Default Could this work

Ok in Super Stock could someone take the new supercharged motor or the naturally asperiated that comes in the COPO an put it in an old chevy to run a GT class. When i say old i mean 69 camaro. Or any other chevy. Or could you take the new COPO an put the older still motor in it to run another GT class. Just a thought.

Yes, and yes, in SS/GT. Be careful when selecting an engine for GT, though. GT/A-GT/AA are 8.00-8.49 pound classes (same as SS/E-SS/EA). So, a 500 hp motor would weigh 4,170 pounds in GT/AA.
