I just started running super street and the car likes leaving at 4600 with no numbers in the box. When I hit the trans brake and deck throttle the car holds at 4200 before going to 4600. Which cause me to have inconsistent re action times. I just switched to a e85 carb. Any advice??

I would tend to think that if you have a sprag in the converter, it is starting to go away. Either way, I would look at the converter.

put a launch rpm chip in it instead of leaving "on the wood" Your on the wood rpm can be effected by slight changes in weather. Try putting a 4400 chip in it. That way you know you be leaving at the same rpm everytime.
