Default A little guidance for heading south to Columbus

I've always headed to Columbus from points north by running down I-75 to SR-15/23 thru Delaware to the I-270 ring road... just wondering if those of you familiar with the area would suggest diverting off SR 23 at some point (e.g., SR 36 running east out of Delaware to I-71 south) as opposing to hitting all those stoplights on SR 23 between Delaware and I-270...

Any advice appreciated. In a "full length" motorhome and stacker, so bridge clearance and such is an issue...

In Delaware I would exit off 36/37 make a left then a straight shot over to I-71 south to 270 east then 70 east. That's the way we always return from Michigan. You should have no problem with a long rig & you avoid alot of lights on 23 in worthington.

thanks Kevin, much appreciated... looks like 36/37 come together just east of Delaware... is there a better one to take off of 23, or is there only one choice?

You mean Over length don't you? LOL. Really taking 36/37 @ Deleware at least 2 or 3 small towns and some low speed limits, in the long run it is just as quick to stay on 23 to 270 East to 70 East
Small towns you go thru are east side of Delaware, Sunbury and Johnstown. Ally of local and county cops going in the back way. The only draw back to th 23/270/70 would be time of day going around Columbus.
Ralph
BTW what ever happened to your deal with Penske to get the Michigian length deal fixed??
