He is usually at 281 or 284 inches.

Thats a bad, bad, bad Ford mod motor.

It would scare you to know how many stock
parts are on the engine. They have been majorly
masaged on but they still started as stock Ford parts.

This is a post from one of his coworkers,GK.

Yes, it's the same basic 4.6L engine (281 cubes) that we ran in the Cougar. The new car (the Mustang) is at 2450# for BB/Altered Turbo. Same clutch and Lenco as before. John ran a 6.333 @ 231.20. The car has gone a 6.31 @ 233 at that weight before so maybe he can push it a little tomorrow.

Here are the incrementals on his 2nd qualifying attempt:

60' - 0.999
330' - 2.769
660' - 4.185 / 177.32
1000' - 5.357
1/4 mile - 6.333 / 231.20

Doesnt sound like Q3 went too well... "Mihovetz is off the pace and ONLY runs a 0.861 under the index at almost 221 MPH. Looks like big damage, as the NHRA trucks are rolling. Most of the stuff is after the lights."

A few years ago in Vegas, he was running his cougar and was #1 with a 1.20 60 footer. I told someone that he ever figures how to leave with that turbo , he will sick fast.
