I was at Bowling Green Div when Mr. Thompson came up and said he needed a diaper to run Super Gas I had no way to take a Credit card so I said just bring cash next day .No show I called info and got # called he said he would bring it to Indy NO SHOW I have always tried to help fellow racers out this is wrong it is not the money now this is what screws it up for all of us The JERKS info is William Thompson

Sorry to hear you had to meet one of the few bad eggs in our sport.
Please post his competition number. By doing that we will know who he is right off at the races and stay away from the guy. If enough of the racers avoid him maybe he will understand what is happening and do the right thing.
People should be as good as their word.

Maybe send his info to Div.3 and ask if they could send him something. Maybe something official from NHRA will bring him around. Sad to say but there are a few racers out there who are just not trustworthy. Hope you get this settled, and yes it is about the money. Joe

He said he ran a lot of IHRA I dont have comp# This wont deter me from helpping fellow racers

Did not want to step on this post , but their was a racer / vender named JIM HELSEL who was selling wheels, driver suits, etc. He collected deposit for items and has relocated with items and money. He may be in the N. C. area, so beware.

john is correct it is ok to shoot a no good SOB in bowling green during racing season... however tossing one into the river will cost you a EPA fine..

I hope you get paid.. I am from the area I live like 20 minutes from g-town and I race around this area locally... I have never heard of this guy....

I talked to him a week after race and he said his boy was supposed to pay me and said that he was sorry .That was a line of crap
