Jim, it got drunk outside and it rained.

Mr. Hill was the quickest with a 8.99, I had a 9.05. The Blingmaster could not make it there, 'I was so disappointed', so The Pup took over for him. He had some problems with the car and I was able to take the stripe ahead of him. I'll be lurking for him in November. Louie Groth was the 3rd fastest U/SA. Hill's car can definately go faster than it showed. Had a good time despite the rain putting a damper on things.

I believe that this thread has spun out. It is time for someone to start a new one about the upcoming super duper whoopie doo unbelievable fantastic humongous U/SA Shootout in November where contestants from all over the globe, and other parts, assemble for the true spirit of competition in the lower end of the speed spectrum.

Ron Ortiz
U/SA lurk, lurk.

Why don't you ALL put 4-speeds in your cars and make Mr. Koski work for his trophy next time????

Jim,

Had a fuel delivery problem in the first round race #1. Fixed it and got ready for race #2 Sunday

First time run Sunday car slowed by two tenths, similar weather. Second time trail heard something funny after the burnout, idled down track. Discovered a broken pushrod. Day over.

Ron Ortiz
U/SA it broke my heart too.

Koski ain't no spring chicken, and he does it all the time...

Some of you might have to run 3-speeds...
