Try to stay at an establishment that the front desk has a strong aroma of incense. That usually leads to some surprises. Good luck!

There's a Hampton Inn right by the toll road. Only a couple years old but they want over $300 a night to stay there. I usually go up to Elyria and pay half that but it's more of a drive. There is another Hampton Inn and Marriott hotel by the mall in Elyria, both are good quality.

We always stayed in Elyria when we went to the World Nationals years back. The cost savings made up for the little bit of travel.

You could also look in Sandusky, but I'm sure those rates will be higher also being its summertime and Cedar Point will be open.

Don, check out the Red Roof Inn in Elyria. The rates are very reasonable, and it is right off the highway to the track (about a 35 to 40 minute drive). It is where I stay every year when I go to the Norwalk National Event. Good luck!
