Default “Live” from the 4 Wide and Double Divisional at Las Vegas!

Stacking started on Wednesday and parking started today. I think everyone was in less than an hour. This has to be the most open of all NHRA tracks. There is NOT a bad pit spot anywhere. The way the schedule looks, Stock & S/S will run @ the two eights tomorrow - AM & PM! First round Saturday morning. Many of the same cars as Phoenix, but I think the divisional will draw many more entrants. Later. Dyno

I had to question myself that I was using the correct gate as I pulled up at 11:30 a.m. I drove right in, pitted, and went to get my credentials. I was done before noon. It's going to be the warmest day we have had this year in Vegas tomorrow. I have Paul Wong's R/SA 65 Valaint. My 10 yr old granddaughter is enjoying what her Papa is doing. I told her everyone will be chasing me. We have a tortoise named speedie. She told me to name the car speedie!

Slight delay to the start this morning as there were some timing issues. I was told the times in the right lane were incorrect. The factor here is about .200 plus or minus .05. ProStock is just starting, so they are about 30 minutes behind. Corrected altitude is at 4100 feet, Results have been posted on DRC. Later

Did they hot lap four rounds of Comp Eliminator after the days activities finished or are the DRC results just posted out of order?

There was still “unreported” stuff going on between the rounds. For example, the Comp final was run following the final Super Gas time run session.

What they did with Comp Elim. last week was run Q1, then Q2 for the Las Vegas 4 Wides, pushed Q3 off to the following morning session.

Then they started in round E3 of the Comp Elim. (Those still in competition from the unfinished Winternationals), and I know the Mointain View entry I believe won the Winternationals, finished after dark Friday night under the lights. So yes, the DRC results probably looked messed up, as did the schedule.
