Looking for Insurance

I am involved with a Go-Cart race that raises money for a scholarship fund at Texarkana College. (local Jr College) www.bulldog100.org We have had trouble getting insurance for the event. It is too expensive & has many limitations that hinder the event. IE: no bleachers or stands for spectators, mandating "paid" secutity & the size of the security team... ECT, ECT... Does anyone have any suggestions or leads to some companies? I have called Wisenburg & they don't cover our type event.
