Saw an ad for VP Motorsports Container jugs from a company called AI13 Billet Products. Compared it to Jegs Utility Jugs. Big price difference, but noticed that they do not recommend fuel to be stored or transferred in either one. They are for water, bird seed, automotive fluids, corn, etc.
So, where do you get fuel jugs from for racing fuel. The VP containers are for nitro or methanol. Any suggestions. Ron Ortiz U/SA

My local speed shop has Scribner Fuel Jugs. I have some that are 20 plus years old.

I used to have some fuel jugs that were made by a company called Coogle. They worked fine for many years, but a few years ago, I noticed that they were seeping fuel (VP C12) from the bottom, and it appears the molding seam on the bottom had deteriorated over time, so I had to replace them. Plus the hard plastic caps were getting quite cracked as well. I still have one of the Coogles that has been used for water, and it is still OK, after 30+ years.

Beware of the red VP square jugs. The bottom corners are extremely thin, which can easily be verified by holding one up to a light source and looking up through the neck. This is not an issue with black or white jugs that I have checked...can’t comment on other colors.
