My dad (Ron Garey) suffered a stroke yesterday morning. Too early to know damage or recovery.

I'm sure he is in good hands. Seems like just about every stroke is different.
I had one in Norwalk between rounds May 18, 2014. Luckily there was a trauma 3, Hospital less than five minutes from the track. I was completely paralyzed on the right side and couldn't talk. I am telling you all of this to let you know there is still a lot of hope. I am back to racing, not driving, going to races and enjoying life. Be safe and I'll be praying for your Dad.

Hey guys, could you please use some common sense when opening threads that are over three years old. Ron passed away May 13, 2020…May he Rest In Peace…..
