"LIVE" Dave LeBrun/Alan Peters Memorial Race LVD
Good afternoon everyone. Please feel free to add to this post for this weekend's event. Today is the ASRA points race. There was 88 cars making round 1 and we just finished second qualifier with 94 total for today's race. Some big hitters made they're way here today from D1 including Joe Lisa and Anthony Fetch tio name a couple. Some long haul Canadians like Francois Periard are here and tomorrow's main event is sure to bring more racers. I'll be posting photos here tonight. Going to be a great weekend, if you're not here already what are you waiting for?

It's not raining anywhere else in New England but here at the Valley. Round one in the lanes and one cloud opens up. We are on hold.

Amazingly they finished , Lincoln Morehead over James Perone. A few heads up runs during the 7 rounds , highlighted by a A Stick battle between Ed Bednaz and Bob Broadbent , Bob went 9.96 for the win
Cookout was great and very well attended. Jeff Roell won the 50/50. Burgers were from Barry Parker , the Cook family cooked up lots of steamers. Tommorrow should be a battle

Re: "LIVE" Dave LeBrun/Alan Peters Memorial Race LVD
It was a great day of racing. Pistol Pete all the way from Florida with his brother John. Great to see so many friends. 94 cars not bad for a warm up to tomorrows race. So many people thanked me for getting this race going. Maybe all the time I spent on here telling our fellow racers this was not just about the money. Will be a great tribute to both Dave and Alan tomorrow. Before first round they will play the National Anthem followed by a moment of silence. Then Dave's two Camaro's owned by John Grey and Gary Richards along with Alan's Endless Flight Camaro will take a missing man run down the strip. Hats off to Lebanon Valley, The ASRA and Dave Ley and crew from ECSSA. Everyone did a great job getting day one in. To my friend James Perone didn't I tell you enough times to join the ASRA. You would have won more than you money back. By the way where the heck are you parked? Thanks to all that came and raced. Barry
