Live from Darlington

Well we're here, we left Gainesville Monday making the trip to Conway SC to visit my mother in law, oh did I tell ya on the way to SC we had a blow out on the RV ( that's always fun) needless to say 3Hrs and many dollars later we where back on the road. Then it was off to Darlington yesterday they ran a T&T and there where plenty of cars taking advantage of it we made a couple of runs and all seems good. To day the schedule is to start at 9:00 with HR everyone gets 2 qualifying run then in to eliminations.

I'm not running over this motorcycle were at a light.

You know you've made it when you have a pit sign.

You never know who will show up(two of the baddest dudes in 10.90 racing)Keith & Rudy

Boy, Oh Boy!

When I grow up, I really want Debbie and I to be "Professional" touring racers like Robbie and Theresa (minus the motorcycle). Wait a minute, I'm already older and doubt I will ever retire.

Robbie, tell Greg that I always wanted his old Ford motorhome. We put a hitch on it 25 years ago when we did them at the shop.

Thanks For the compliment Robbie. I am here as a spectator only this weekend want to cheer on all my friends. Rode down to crew for the famous Gerald Pierce from New York but had some engine problems yesterday and headed back to Albany this morning. Looks like it's going to be a rather nice weekend good luck to all those here

Yes it is. Spun bearing maybe? No major damage. Heads good. Something in bottom end. On another note Craig Porter did a fine job of driving and with the win last night he may be back in his grove!

Well todays another day already made to time runs and I'm feeling pretty good 1st run 003 6.996 second run 007 6.997 I hope I can keep it going. We should get rolling around 1PM here are some photos from yesterday.

Congrats to all. The car count here has been the best this year at an IHRA event not sure of the numbers but there a lot of cars here that good news. All the results are on the IHRA web page.

Well the race is over it was a tuff race only making it to the 3rd round on Saturday. It started out with a good T&T Thursday with me hitting the tree and the car running the number then it all fell apart. I flat out missed the tree Saturday in the 3rd round and never found in again. There where a lot of people complaining of bad lights I just hope the cars Ok we'll see because we're heading back south to SGMP???
