Seems there are many opinions out there right now about whether its once or twice a year that the NHRA checks averages to see if more or less horsepower is needed on combinations that have exceeded the 1.0 under deal .
I've checked and rechecked but can only find it written that its twice a year but many now say its been changed to once .Anyone else ......

From what i hear reductions are only done at the end of the year now.Additions are still done twice.Coming up after Joliet.
