Don't geek-speak but think its just back washing from the track PA system. It happens occasionally and they just have to toggle a switch to stop it. Somebody will call/text Alan so he can get them to fix it.

Jim, it's on my computer, too. Kinda weird, but since today is Halloween it fits.
