IHRA engines and classifications.

Does anybody know where I look on the IHRA website to find the Engine Blueprint Specifications and the Stock Car Clasification guide? I am not finding it anywhere on their site. Not there or operator error?

IHRA uses NHRA engine specs and car classification as a rule. Some HP ratings are different but most are the same as NHRA. IHRA doesn't give out HP as often as NHRA. For specific questions you should contact an IHRA Tech Official who can look it up from the books. Jim

Thanks Jim. What about Stock GT and Front drive conversion? Use the same NHRA hp?

Pretty much. As I have said you really need to contact a tech guy. I have about half of the books but they might not be totally up to date. Email me if you like and I will see what I can do. Jim
