Rocker arms SBC

I was wondering if any one has used the comp cams ultra pro magnum or ultra magnum XD rocker arms on a sbc with a 1.550 valve spring and had no problem putting them on. I have to buy new rocker arms and the last set that I got from comp cams I had to cut them to clear the valve spring.

Yes, the Ultra Pro and the Ultra Gold will both clear a 1.55 spring, only head I had a problem with was the older AFR Eliminator before first revision. Phil
