Default what about a cic no brakeout at BG open ???

any chance we can get dallas to let us run a CIC no brakeout race this memorial day weekend ??? friday night under the lights would be cool and get a few spectator to stay ?

cmon we need to get alan roehrich, jim schaechter, wilkersons...and all the locals involved and maybe nitroplate ???

sounds like fun...in fact we COULD have two divisions with winners face off... old school & new / distributor vs computer cars ????

just a thought !

Jack,
Currently a regular combo, as we ran last year, is on the table. We will be talking with Clay Jones at Bowling Green, who has been just incredible to work with, about our options for 2012.

Remember that the Open actually starts on Saturday, and some people can't make it until late Friday. But the idea has possibilities.

Jack, the biggest thing is selling this to 2 people, Dallas & Jay.
If you had sponsor money up front, that helps a bunch also.
Let me know.

Joe

Joe, the race would be Friday night, before the NHRA event, I'm not sure how much it would concern Jay, certainly no more than "test and tune", although maybe Travis would need to do tech.

When we ran Top Stock there, Jay had little, if anything, to do with it.

Sounds like a great idea.
I wonder how much sponsorship $$$ it would take to pull something like this off ? (if the track goes along with it ?)
