Default What does it take ? To have a D2 photograher?

I think all other 6 divisions have a photographer that puts up pics from the Nat'l and Div races.I know that Auto Imagery does tremendous work. Why does D2 get none, on say DRC ?

I thought Chris Simmons and Bryan Epps were doing it. Both are very fine photographers. I have seen div 2 photos on DRC this year.

I take a lot of pictures at the races I get to, and have had some of them posted on DRC under Butch2246. I have printed and given pictures to a number of Sportsman drivers at Charlotte. Unfortunetly I have shoot from the grandstands, although I will say, some of my shots are pretty darn good. NHRA does let free lance photographers like myself get a pass to shoot from the rail. I would love to take pictures in D2 if I could get to the rail to take them.

Bryan Epps is the D2 photographer and usually he or one of his guys (Chris Simmons is one) post photos to DRC.

Dave is correct. Epps or one of his photographers has been at all the D2 races so far. Jim

Very glad to see that then. There's always lots for Nat'ls, but I guess I missed what was up then. Sorry, if I ruffled anyone. Ive got DT's from severe lack of drag racing....

FYI.

Division 3 has not had a photographer since Bob Hester passed away.
Our director made a deal with Brian Epps then back out and hired some lying fool who could care less about actual NHRA Lucas Oil racers.
Whatever you do if you race in division 3 and you see this guys trailer, do not buy any photos' from him. Why support him as he certainly does not support us.
Look in the 2010 DRC archives for any Division 3 photos.
You won't find any.
