Sal Biondo has the lone Super Stock entry in this years WinterNationals from this side of the Mississippi and none regestered in Stock .Could it be because they did away with the Phoenix race or just the economy kicking in ? This is the first year that I can remember where a bunch of Easterners haven't invaded Pomona ..............With only 33 days left before the race it doesn't seem likely we'll see more entries from these parts .

Probably a combination of both, but I think the added "enhancements"may be a factor though.

More exciting last year with the chronicles of the DROOZE man. I miss his enthusiasm and balls to wall attitude. And of course there was Mandy.

Jack, I think that is probably more that there is only the Phoenix LODRS, less so the economy. The people that made the trip from the east coast are not worried about an extra 35.00 dollars. I think at the end of the year there will be east coast cars out to race on the west coast.
