Very sad news. My father was friends with him for years. He helped us alot when I raced a Jr Dragster years ago.. He built us a new motor, designed a trick carb, and developed an exhaust header that I did pretty well with. Not too long after, everyone started using his ideas, and probably still do.
When I was younger, my father kept telling me how Paul was always ahead of his time. Now that I'm a little older I understand what he meant. Paul knew what he was doing for a long, long time. He will be missed. Joe Santangelo II |

Paul will truly be missed. He was the man in modified eliminator. I remember seeing the wagon in Joe Scotto's Sunoco gas station On route 33 just outside of Freehold NJ many times . It made quite an impression . Rest in peace Paul.
