Pro-Tree Shootout - May 20th & 21st at Cecil Co

Something new being added to the May 20th & 21st dates at Cecil County is the Pro Tree Shootout created by Jim & Chad. This class will be run alongside the Mid Atlantic .90 Association, Top 32 Challenge & Juniors that weekend on both days. Any questions you have are to be forwarded to the Track, I am just trying to help get some participation so that they can have more like this.

In an effort to provide our existing, past and potentially new customers a place to race, have fun and hopefully win, we are starting a new program we call Pro Tree Shootout. It will be ran on May 20th and 21st (1 race each day) along with the Mid-Atlantic .90/ Top 32 shootout. If we have enough participation on these 2 races we will add more to the 23 schedule. We introduce you to:

CECIL COUNTY DRAGWAY PRO TREE SHOOTOUT:
500 pro tree.
1/8th mile.
Dial in/bracket race.
Delay boxes permitted.
Throttle stops usage prohibited.
Automatic shifters permitted.
Door cars, dragsters, roadsters, altereds, trucks, motorcycles are all permitted.
Deep staging permitted but auto-start will be on at all times.
#1 qualifier is the "bye car" for first round and will hold bye until loss or uses it. At that time the next quickest ET becomes the bye car…
Lane choice to quickest car.
Random pairing until 16 cars then on ladder based off of ET.
Cross-talk is OFF.
Tru-Start is OFF.
NHRA safety rules required for vehicle and equipment for ET of vehicle.
Entry $125 single day entry or 2-day entry for $200.
Payout:
Winner $2500
Runner-up $500
Semis $200
Low Qualifier bonus $100
Race dates:
May 20
May 21
Additional dates will be added if participation is good.
