I have printed my ticket to the divisional next week at Indy. I received email with smart waiver link and tech card link without issue. I signed waivers but when I click on tech card link, I get message to try again later as it is not available. I have tried this several times since Monday with no change. Any body else had the same trouble? I have called the indy office, and they said try again later Monday. No luck. Randy Eakins
