Default Attention FS TVS 2.3L Supercharged cars, bring tools!!

They took our 2.3L TVS apart just like they did our 2.9L Supercharger. They measured the gears and the rotor lengths but they also realized the 2.3L does the compressing in the lower manifold. So there is nothing to gain by the rotors being re-profiled. They have a plastic gauge to measure the size of the inlet opening. Here are the pictures I took while they had it apart.

For anyone that gets torn down and doesn't know it's important to refill them only with the proper Eaton spec supercharger oil - conventional motor oil will foam creating a lot of heat and gearcase pressure which will damage the seals. Proper fill should be 150cc of oil for that model supercharger.
