I would like to thank Steve, Melinda and Mike for giving me the opportunity to drive one of the best stockers in america. They are a world class family. Congrats to Mike for doing a great job of driving the past couple weekends winning the s/ss combo in Marion, A/SA class win and making it to the semi's in Denver.
Also congrats to Gary Stinnett again in the new stocker and David Bogner in super stock. Brett Speer Speer Drag Racing |

Thank you Brett for accepting my offer and jumping into the nova. You drove that car like you've been driving it for years. My bro would be proud to have you in the car so thats why I did what I did. Hope you'll drive that car again sometime. Just remember your not fired. . . yet.

The Koppiens seem to be a terrific racing family. I thought of them when I recently visited the Garlits museum, and I saw the bricks in their honor. I consider it an honor that our family's racing team brick is placed along the same sidewalk. Were the Koppien bricks a result of the classracer group's efforts?
