Another 'mineshaft' race - Pomona Finals
Even with a full field of 82 Stockers Pomona is another mineshaft race after 43 racers were .85 under or more .Seems the NHRA's plan is working ......
And congrats go out to New Mexicos' Bobby DeArmond qualifing on the pole @ - 1.10 under in his old school 1969 Camaro A/SA big block car .All that and he gets to race Doug Lambeck first round - heads-up ! !
