How do you attach a picture to this forum. Slowly, in good English, clearly so an old man can understand. Take nothing for granted, I don't know nothing about this new math and such. I have a new driver for everyone to see. Thank you very much.

The maximum size picture that you can post is 640x480, so you may have to use your computer's photo editing program to resize your picture to the proper size. If you have any problems, send me a Private Message.

Well it's rather simple to post a video on the Classracer forums...
First go to YouTube and find the title of video you want to use... Second, move your mouse to the white address bar at the top where it usually says http// in it or has other letters or words in it, now move your mouse to it and right click copy. Third, go back to the Classracer forums and hit the reply button (or new post), you'll see a 'blue globe' just above were you type out your reply, click it on, (use the back key just above the enter key on your keyboard to erase the http// that appears). Fourth, now right click your mouse and drop your YouTube link into it and press OK...now your done. . Last edited by Hemi Moose; 11-27-2012 at 06:39 PM. |

Here's a few more tips - if any of you would like some help to post a photo, I'll walk you through the steps to post them on the Classracer forums...
First, find the photo of the car or whatever you want to post that is either on the web or photobucket...now move your mouse onto the image and right click 'view image'...the photo will appear, now move your mouse to the link in the address bar at top of screen...now right click again and press 'copy' . Second, now go back to the Classracer forums and press the reply button or start a new thread...you will see a 'white envelope' just above the reply box, now move your mouse over to it and click it on that says 'insert image'... Third, erase the http// that appears by using back arrow key just above the enter key on your keyboard...drop the photo link into the box by right clicking 'paste'...now press OK and your done! So if you follow these steps above, you can post any photos from other photo albums or sites by just 'hot linking' to the photos on them or any other website as well... - Also to delete a blank image in a post, just press the edit button again and just move your mouse over it and right click 'delete' it should disappear... - There is also a different way to attach photos stored in your computer that is explained here in this thread above that was posted earlier... I don't know a whole lot about this stuff either!
Don't own a computer...I go to the Library when I need one...and barely know how to run it.... Need help from you guys...HOW does one send a picture to the site? I mean a "real" photograph! I've got a B&W 8x10 someone gave me years ago that would like to send to the "Station Wagons" thread to share... How do I get the picture into the computer...and to the site...and on that thread? Try not to get too technical....I haven't read "Computers for Dummies" yet!!! |
