Heads up @ open events?

Do heads up runs (same class) apply during eliminations in S/S at div. 1 open events or do they run off a dial in? division point races they apply correct?

Yes, heads up runs are the same at national opens. The only difference is that first round is random pairings and they won't pair up two cars from the same class. Unless it's IHRA and who knows what they do because it changes from race to race.
