Congratulations on setting the SS/F national record @ 9.23 and qualifying No. 1@ Belle Rose. That's one bad shoebox! All that work over the winter really paid off. Really happy for you. Danny

I watched that chevy II make some very impressive runs Friday and Saturday. Beautiful car you have there Dan, and plenty fast. Congrats on the new record. I'm not sure what the actual air readings were like, but I can tell you the air gets a whole lot better at no problem than it was this weekend. I can imagine how fast that car would have been if he would have had some of that negative altitude stuff we get down here this time of year.

Thanks everybody. Yeah we worked hard over the winter on everything we needed to correct. We thought all the changes would be good, but not that good. Hey Jeff, I thought it was cool that you were in the other lane when I set the record......and by the way it's been on since Indy. Still working on some new things, don't think we've hit the potential yet. Won't be satisfied until they make me put a parachute on it. Glad we came to the race had a great time, good people. I want to thank Stephen & Chuck Belanger and Ricky Thomas for all your help.
