Help ...........This deal was brought to my attention at Maple Grove this past weekend and I'm at a loss .......what exactly is it ? Where are all the experts ? Give me all your thoughts .....Well , almost all - no wierd stuff ! ! PS -This devise is at the starting line .And as you can see its mounted high and looks like its taking pictures or videos or ? ? ? ? Did I miss the memo that came about it ?
