Default I'll be there this weekend!

Can't wait for the Nitro Jam at RMR this weekend! Just wanted to make sure all you racers are coming to Salt Lake City this weekend. RMR is running a Stock/Super Stock combo class and qualifying is based on IHRA altitude adjusted indexes. The payout is great for a local event, and an Iron Man trophy, too. Some local racers and sponsors are putting together additional awards/cash for top qualifier, best first round package and even a little cash for last place qualifier (a little encouragement for those over-factored combos!). This is my local track and a great race to go fast without having to worry about getting horse power! Your index will be about five tenths over at this altitude. You can find all the specifics by going to the track website (rmrracing.com) It would be nice to show IHRA some support out West.

Default Re: I'll be there this weekend! Great payout!

Just found out that the payouts are hard to find on the track's website...the Stock/Super Stock Combo race pays $1600 to win, $900 for runner up, $500 for semis, and $100 for quarters. Not bad. The weather is supposed to be great, too. This is a Friday Saturday two day race, so that gives you Sunday to travel back home. If you want any additional information, or if you think you might be coming, let me know.

Good luck to all out there, and have a great time! I got a call from Les Norton the other day... told him to say hi to all you Sandersons. 'Course now that you're on here..... "Hi!"
