I heard it was his 2010 car, which is a SS/BA car. They are painted the same so they are easily confused.

On Nov. 7th at Mason Dixon Dragway I went down just to hang out and watch the Tri-State Stock/Super Stock combo race. I announced the second qualifier runs. Don Fezzell had the AA/S and the SS/BA cars there. The AA/S car ran a 9.52 @147 on the first run, bogged on the launch, 1.44 60 ft. 6.17 @ 116 to the eighth. Second run spun some but ran nearly identically to first pass. 9.51 @147. Incrementals just like the first run. The car is not real fast out of the gate but flies once out past the 60 ft. mark. The SS/BA car ran a pair of 9.00 @ 151, somewhat better 60ft times than the stick car. I've announced forever and I think these cars still have not shown how fast they really are. By the way, everyone was real fast, 45 cars made round one, corrected altitude about 300 ft. above sea level.
