Default Runner Volumes

How many Cyl Head runner volumes have been checked so far in Stock, this year?

Woodro,

I know Don Himes had his runner volume checked. That's why Billy Nees was at the gator's.

None, Dom Himes was a voluntary tear down. I don't think NHRA had any numbers on his head.

OK Thanks Kenny, glad you had a good time in Florida, other than the losing part!

The National Records set at Tucson had runner volumes checked.

Woodro,

The schedule was loaded against teardowns for Stock at the Gators. Three time shots on Thursday and first round on Friday morning. It looks like the new plan may be to tear down Stock and Super Stock when each category is running class.

Don did not have to teardown. They simply brought a spare head down for Bruce to check out.

And Bruce is the very person who told me that "It's about time that we start doing our jobs at NHRA." So, I guess everyone can run ported heads and just keep a spec spare in the trailer to show tech. Way to go Bruce!!!

ZRACER,

Don's car was not selected for tear down. Bruce simply asked to see a head for this combination because he had not looked at one before.
