Default 1967 1968 1969 Camaro 302 pistons

On the accepted replacement piston list on nhraracer.com TRW pistons (the OEM supplier I believe) are not listed.
Does that mean I can not use original parts?
Thanks for any clarification.

Pretty simple, and self explanatory, if it isn't on the list, no, you cannot use it.

Further, I'm betting you'd find it extremely difficult to build s competitive and reliable engine with those old pistons.

Why would they be listed under acceptable replacement piston list if they are oem matching original specs.
Should be perfectly fine to use, although your giving up hp using stock bore size.

You can use the OEM replacement pistons and they were produced by TRW. However, TRW never made an aftermarket piston that matched the specs of the OEM pistons. Their only aftermarket offering was a piston with a much larger dome yielding 12.5 to 1 compression. Since you could buy the replacement pistons from GM, they saw no need to duplicate it in the aftermarket.
