Google "eternabond rv roof tape" . This stuff is amazing. I resealed my toter's roof a couple of years ago with it. I got the 4" wide roll and resealed the outside edges and around all the vents/ ac units. It requires very little prep and almost no cleanup afterwards. Don't let it touch anything you don't want it to stick to, because it won't let go!

I bought some roof sealer from an RV place. It was easy to paint on (the seams) Worked like a charm. The old sealer came off real easy with a wire brush.
This winter I want to paint the whole roof white to keep it cooler. Not sure which paint to use yet. I want the least prep I can do.
