Plane crash in to pits/motorhomes at Pomona
A Plane has crashed in the pits in the motorhome section at Pomona, racing is on hold.

This is horrible. I have several friends there racing.
My prayer is that God watches over everyone that is there.

"Three people were injured after a small plane crashed in front of horrified fans at a major NHRA drag racing event in Pomona, California on Sunday.
The crash occurred when the plane attempted to land at an airfield near the In-N-Out Burger Pomona Dragstrip, ABC 7 reported. Survivors were rushed to the hospital, and the plane smashed multiple parked cars and a camper, witnesses told journalist Jerry Jordan."

“The Los Angeles County Fire Department confirmed the crash, which occurred at 11:10 a.m. at the Pomona Fairplex. Authorities described the aircraft as a single-engine plane carrying a pilot and three passengers. All three were transported to a local hospital with injuries ranging from moderate-to-severe. Their injuries are non-life threatening, authorities confirmed.”

I wonder if the plane dragged the truck out of it's parking spot as it smushed it? It does appear to have moved the motorhome. It would have been a major disaster if it caught fire.

Thanks for the photos of the incident.
This could have been so much worse. Prayers for the people on the plane that were injured. Looks like God had a hand in keeping everyone safe with so many being at the race. Guess we better put this on the list of modern day miracles. Thank You God for keeping all the racers and spectators safe.
