HEMI Blues RO23 Super Stocker?

Does anyone remember a 1967 Plymouth Belveder RO23 car that was called HEMI Blues, and run at New England Dragway? A friend of mine has a RO23 car, and is trying to trace the history on it, and was told his car was once called HEMI Blues. It is a origianl HEMI 4 speed car. He has a black and white picture of it, If I can figure out a way to add it here I will.

Dave Leclair in Division 1 has a 1967 Belvedere that is an RO23 car named Native American, he has had the car for over 30 years and still races it, and may have knowledge of all of all the ones in the northeast. he is on this site so maybe he can help you
