Default Camaro/Firebird torque arm adjustment

Just purchased a full length adjustable torque arm. Wanted to see where I should start for a base setting on the torque arm. Thanks in advance!

I set mine at -1 to -2* and have never touched it.

-3• on my stick gen three. Automatic -1 or -2 will work.
