Scott Gove entered for Indy
On the Indy entry lists, it is interesting to see Scott Gove entered in A/SA and, of course, SS/AM with his 7 second Dodge Daytona. Scott usually doesn't venture far from his home in Maine (he doesn't even go to Englishtown); so it is interesting to see him entered for Indy. His Daytona is one of my favorite cars in Super Stock, so Indy will be even better than usual.

Hi Bill - Thanks for sharing a little positivity, I think Class Racer could use it!
I'm excited to see Scott's car for the first time...there aren't too many things cooler than a rocket ship of an SS/AM. That's still a stick car, right? |

For all the traveling I do, I don't think I've ever seen Scott's car run either. If this is a by-product of suspending the AHFS for Indy, then it's already been a worthwhile venture. Be nice to see some of the other 7-second Super Stockers show up as well.
Oh, and come on cool front. We've had a warm sticky summer in Indy. Hoping for an early (albeit dry) fall. |
